LICENSE TO CARRY APPLICANTS
All Applicants, both new and renewal, MUST submit your application online and print a copy to be brought to the Webster Police Department.

Following your completion of the online application submission:
LTC Renewals
Visit the Webster Police Department Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays) from 9am-3pm to provide your paperwork and verify your address. ( Renewals Only )
All payments will be due on the day you (cash, check, or money order made out to the Town of Webster)
Please bring proof of residency.
LTC NEW APPLICANTS
New applicants will receive a phone call from the Licensing Officer for their scheduled appointment.
