Complete a Firearms License to Carry (New or Renewal) Application and other Firearms-related tasks (e.g., address change). To speed up license renewal, completed applications can be dropped off in the Police Department mailbox before coming in for your appointment. The mailbox is located in front of the main Public Safety Complex entrance. Applications are available: At Tolland Town Hall, Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 am to 4 pm, and Wednesday, 8:30 am to noon.
