There are two (2) independent steps
1) Apply using the Firearms portal, then you must go to step 2 (completing the portal does NOT make a payment)
To apply, visit the Massachusetts Firearms Online Application page .
2) Pay for your application fee using the city hall online payments,
To make a payment for your application, visit the City Hall Systems Online Payments website . If you are not able to process payment online, you can drop a check off at the Police Station, made out to "Town of Stow".
