NEW APPLICATIONS
Bring the following to the Framingham Police Department:
Copy of MIRCS application: gunportal.mass.gov/mircsUnifiedPortal/
Two (2) forms of identification: driver s license, and either passport or birth certificate
Proof of residency: letter from City Hall, or a utility bill in the name of the applicant (We do not accept any documents from the RMV, tax bills, or credit card transactions for this requirement)
RENEWAL APPLICATIONS:
Bring the following to the Framingham Police Department:

Current LTC card

At the time of your submission, the Department will make you an appointment for an interview and to have your ID photo and fingerprints taken. The Department will also inform you of your fee amount.
You will pay your fee on the day of your interview appointment.
